Are flats mixed?

Yes. Students of all genders and nationalities live together in our flats.

Is there a main office where I can drop by to ask questions?

We want to make sure that your arrival runs smoothly.
Please visit us at our office so that we can assist you.
Our premises are located at C/Gran Vía, 64, 8 izq and we are open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.

Shall I book my room in advance?

Yes, since usually by August all our rooms are fully booked.

How is each monthly payment made?

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Do you accept credit card?

Yes we do. Both VISA and Mastercard.

Can I visit EASO flats?

Of course! But before you must set a date. To do so, reach us at +34 91 542 31 83.

Is the area safe? Are the flats safe?

Our buildings are very safe. All our flats are located in Madrid city centre and are next to police stations. None of our students has ever had an incident.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you with all our telephone contact numbers.

Is it quiet enough to study?

Of course. All our clients are students and, therefore, we are strict about our rules of coexistence. In each residence there is a person in charge of ensuring that these rules are fulfilled. Read our rules.

What does each room include?

Each room has the necessary furniture: a bed, a set of sheets, a pillow, a wardrobe, a desk, a table lamp, a chair, a cork wall and a bookshelf. We do not provide a spare set of sheets nor a blanket. Each student is responsible for cleaning their room and taking care of it. Upon check-out, the room must be in the same condition as when you checked-in.

How many m2 is each room?

We have different types of rooms. See what each one is like here.

Does the booking have a minimum of days, weeks or months?

Yes, from October until June we only accept bookings for a minimum of 3 months. We accept single day or week bookings during July and August.

Why do rooms have different prices?

Our rooms are divided into categories according to m2. Not all our flats have all type of rooms. For more information, please visit our prices page.

What do you mean by “shared flat”?

Our student housing system are shared flats of between 6 and 13 students. Each student has their own room and shares bathrooms and kitchen with the rest of flatmates. We do not offer full nor half board service.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?

Yes.

What if I book and I can’t finally use my room? Do I get my money back?

Please read the booking and cancellation conditions carefully before booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, if you cancel you will lose the amount you already paid. Check the booking conditions here.

What if I don’t like the flat and I want to move out after two months?

Any cancellation of the booking before the initial check-out date specified on the application form will result in the loss of the deposit.

What is the size of each type of room?

Do rooms have private room?

No. All students share bathrooms (between maximum 4 persons).
The only exception is the single house, which has a private bathroom.
